Really nice hotel to stay when visiting Düsseldorf by car. They have free parking and comfortable & cosy rooms 🛌 There is no reception and the whole check-in is automatic.

Weird parking, doors feel paper thin, but digital check in aswell as check out and room key was nice and smooth. Bed was alright too, it was very clean. It is a little out of the city, but in walking distance to the Mitsubishi hall.

I had a seamless experience at this self-check-in hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The self-check-in process was straightforward, allowing me to easily access my room and settle in. Although there was no direct interaction with staff, the clear instructions provided made me feel confident and supported throughout my stay. It was a great value for money option, and I would recommend it to those seeking a hassle-free stay.

I subtracted the first star for the lack of normal reception and, in my opinion, the poor UX of your check-in systems (for example, if I must to enter an email address, the @ sign should be available by default, and in you system I need to switch between keyboards) I subtracted the second star for the fact that we are still waiting for the invoice

Room was clean, well designed and compact. Hotel staffs( recepcionist to cleaner) are kind and positive. Location is a little bit far from centre but not too much. Reception was closed after 22 and morning 8 which is interesting and against reception concept logic. It could have served 7/24.

Not the best location, rooms are small but clean. Totally automated hotel but if you need some something extra or any city advices there's no one to ask. Personally not satisfied with the overall experience. Only good thing is there is a gas station across the hotel so you can find what you need.
